These terms govern your use of Roundmark, a design-feedback service (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using a review link you agree to these terms.
The service
Roundmark lets you collect visual feedback on websites, images and PDFs: pinned comments, drawings, text suggestions, file attachments and AI-assisted summaries. We may add, change or remove features over time.
Accounts
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
- Reviewer links are personal sign-in links - don’t forward them.
- You must provide accurate account information and be at least 16 years old.
Plans, trials & billing
- Paid plans (Pro, Agency) are billed monthly or yearly through Stripe and start with a 14-day free trial.
- You can cancel anytime from “Manage billing”; cancelling during the trial means you pay nothing.
- After cancellation your account returns to the Free plan at the end of the paid period. Content above Free-plan limits stays stored but you may not be able to add more until within limits.
- Prices may change; existing subscriptions are notified in advance.
Your content
- You keep all rights to what you upload. You give us the limited licence needed to store, display and process it to run the service.
- You confirm you have the right to share anything you upload or point Roundmark at.
- No illegal content, malware, or content that infringes others’ rights. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break this.
Acceptable use
Don’t attempt to breach, overload or reverse-engineer the service, scrape other users’ content, or use review links you were not given.
Availability & liability
The service is provided “as is”. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages or loss of data caused by third-party outages - keep originals of anything you upload.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time by contacting support@roundmark.it. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonable.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email or in-app. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
