Pick Pro or Agency and your trial starts right away. We collect a card upfront through Stripe, but you are not charged until day 14. Cancel any time before the trial ends and you pay nothing. If you do not cancel, the trial converts to a paid plan automatically.

Yes, any time. Upgrade or downgrade from Settings, then Manage billing. Changes take effect immediately and Stripe handles the prorated difference.

It is fully self-serve. Go to Settings, then Manage billing to open the Stripe customer portal and cancel in a couple of clicks. No emails to send, no waiting on us.

Nothing disappears. When you drop to the Free plan your existing projects and files stay stored. You just will not be able to add new ones beyond the Free limit of 3 projects until you are back within it.

Yearly costs the same as ten months of monthly, so you get two months free. Pro is $150 a year, which works out to $12.50 a month, and Agency is $390 a year, or $32.50 a month.

Never. Reviewers are free and unlimited on every plan, including Free. They click a link, leave feedback, and never create an account or enter a card.
