Common questions
- My client didn’t get the invite. Ask them to check spam, or resend it from Teams → the reviewer → “Resend invite”.
- The invite link says expired. Links are single-use for security - resend a fresh one from the Teams page or the project’s Share dialog.
- How do I cancel? Settings → your plan → Manage billing. Cancelling during the trial costs nothing.
- Can reviewers see my other projects? No - a reviewer only ever sees the project they were invited to.
Billing
Payments are processed by Stripe. Invoices and payment methods live under Settings → Manage billing. For refund requests, email us within 14 days of the charge.
